Infinix has been known to be the company that makes quality affordable smartphones, following in the footsteps of big brother, TECNO. In the past, the Infinix Hot series has been the company’s entry-level smartphone up until July last year when the company introduced a new series dubbed smart that would serve the sub-10k market as the Hot series gets promoted to midrange status.

The first device to truly showcase the Hot series as a midrange device is the Hot 6 Pro that is set to go live on Saturday, 12 May 2018 but is already available on pre-order. The Hot 6 Pro brings the company’s first 18:9 aspect ratio display, alongside a Snapdragon 425 processor and a massive 4000mAh battery that has now become an Infinix signature. The Pro branding comes due to the fact that the device has 3GB RAM paired with 32GB internal storage.
